Once you place an order, it can take up to 7 days to process your order excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays it can up to 14 days.

For us there is nothing more important for us than maintaining a good relationship with our customers. In order to achieve this, we have a Returns policy that allows our customers to send the item back to us, in its original packaging and condition, within 30 days of purchase. You can opt for a refund or an exchange.
Please know that when returning an item to us you will bear the shipping costs!
- Once you have received the item and you don’t think it is what you ordered or if you have changed your mind about it, send us an email or give us a call regarding the matter.
- The packing slip, packaging material and the original carton with which it was shipped must remain intact.
- Please know that the item must be sent back to us without any damage or defect, as in it must be in the same condition you received it.
- There are some items that cannot be returned unless there is a defect or if it is not functioning as marketed.
- If an item has been soiled, washed or used, it will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions listed by us then we have the right to refuse the return.
- Upon returns or cancellations, we charge a restocking fee of 25% for all items that are made to order.
- Please be informed that when you are returning an order, you will do it on your own responsibility and you will bear the shipping cost.
- In order to make sure that the return is carried out successfully, you should get a shipping insurance and delivery confirmation from the shipper.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
